What are the requirements for this visa?
To apply for a business visa in the Netherlands, you must provide the following:
- Valid passport: Issued in the last 10 years and valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure.
- Business visa application form: Completed and signed.
- Passport-sized photos: Two recent passport photos that meet Schengen visa photo specifications.
- Proof of travel plans: Flight bookings and accommodation details.
- Travel insurance: Coverage of at least €30,000, valid in the Schengen Zone.
- Proof of financial means: Bank statements or letter of sponsorship from your company.
- Business invitation letter: From the Dutch company or business partner outlining the purpose of the visit.
- Proof of employment: Employment contract or a letter from your employer confirming your position and purpose of the visit.
