Does everyone who is travelling to Germany for business need a visa?
As with the Schengen short-stay visa, your nationality will determine whether you need to apply for this visa:
- EU National - you won’t need to apply for this visa if you’re an EU national.
- Non-EU National - if you’re a non-EU national and plan to stay for longer than 90 days within a 180-day period, you’ll need to apply for this visa.
